Photographic artwork of Cuba by Dawn Currie. Peacock posing in the gardens of the Hotel Nacional. Rendered in watercolor-style. The most famous hotel in Havana is the Nacional, which has hosted a wide array of guests, celebrities, and foreign dignitaries since 1930. Here guests can disappear into luxury enjoying a cigar while sitting in plush leather seating on the veranda out back, listening to the call of peacocks strutting around the property, or drinking a freshly prepared Mojito in a well-appointed bar that steps straight out of history.
