Description
Photographic artwork of Cuba by Dawn Currie. The view of Havana is spectacular from the Castillo de los Tres Santos Reyes Magnos del Morro, (Castle of the Three Kings of the Headland), which was built by slave labor from blocks of stone cut from creating the moat. Its formidable location at the mouth of the harbor served its purpose well, deflecting pirates and other invaders for over two centuries. It now houses a maritime museum and provides a grazing and play area for a small group of goats.
