Photographic art by Dawn Currie. A delicate blue-green dragonfly resting on a lovely lavender waterlily. Photographed in McKee Botanical Garden in Central Florida.
McKee Botanical Garden in Vero Beach, FL is not only home to over 10,000 plants and the state's largest collections of waterlilies, it serves as a haven for a variety of wildlife. I recommend a visit if you are in the area - and don't forget to look for the dragonflies and other small wildlife that visit the garden.
