Only a short drive from St. Augustine takes you back in time to Florida's rural past. Near the town of Palm Coast a visitor finds themselves at the Florida Agriculture Museum. Visitors may explore on foot or by tractor pulled trailers. Among the museums exhibits are the Caldwell Dairy Barn, a 5,000 square foot open air building is a reconstruction of Florida's Governor Caldwell's 1940s dairy barn; the Strawn Citrus Complex of five historic citrus farm buildings was moved to the Museum and has been restored back to it's 1940's appearance; the original Whidden-Clark Pioneer Homestead built in 1880; and the Traxler Commissary.
